In teams of 3 :

 

BUY IN:

6 rounds of DT (each athlete must perform 2 rounds of DT consecutively):

12 Deadlift

9 Hang power clean

6 Shoulder to overhead

 

THEN:

Athlete 1 + Athlete 2

OH Walking lunge with a plate to the rig

10 synchro toes to bar

10 synchro burpees hand release over the plate

OH walking lunge with the plate to the starting mat

 

Athlete 1 + Athlete 3

OH Walking lunge with a plate to the rig

10 synchro toes to bar

10 synchro burpees hand release over the plate

OH walking lunge with the plate to the starting mat

Elite BB: 80kg/55kg – Plate: 25kg/15kg

Scaled and Master BB: 70kg/50kg – Plate: 25kg/15kg
