In teams of 4:

Team members 1 and 2 should complete 7 min AMRAP of:

50 Double Unders

5 burpees

10 deadlifts @ 80kg/55kg

5 pull ups

At the same time, team members 3 and 4 should complete 7 mins AMRAP of:

200m row sprint

5 burpees

15 goblet squats @ 16kg/24kg

5 push ups

 

REST 3 MIN

 

Switch and repeat 7 min AMRAP

 

Then, after both pairs have completed both 7 min sets, the whole team should complete for time:

100 power snatches @ 42,5kg/30kg

 

Score is the number of completed rounds and the time for the snatches.
